first of all how the hell is tumble a huge mana waste, cost only 35 ****in mana unless ur spamming tumble like an idiot, 2ndly the dorans is for more dmg on tumble and armor pent stacks with it, also rushing silver bullet early game is lame because their not gonnna just let you hit them 3 times with silver bullet unless they lag or a ******, tumble gives an extra atk with ur atk, and rushing it gives better cd...

Honestly, I have to agree with the guy above me. You're missing out a lot of details. Also, I think Doran's is absolute ****. I start with a dagger and a health potion. Much more effective.

Too short, little effort, starting with tumble is a huge mana waste, Doran's blade is also a waste at the start, try taking dagger or boots, it will keep you in the lane longer. Armor Pen runes are also a legit waste if you're using silver bolts.
