The Mainly vision of this build is the ability of Vayne to shot, rumble+shot again, without using any AS, and his Ult has the Damage output to slayer any squishi champ, then, Why build this like Sivir, Master Yi or other auto-atackers ?
This build consist in a Moderated damagedealer, with good burst damage and so tanky to carry and survive.

Marks And Quints are basically what eny AD champ would use.
Seals of fortitude was for the survival of a solo top lane
and Glyphs of Warding for Mres ( not much to say about this )

Pros
Vayne can do really deadly DMG without any item, then build her tanky
Great survivability
Funny to play
Consistent Build

Cons
You are not a Ranged Carry, then your team needs another one to supply that role

Ghost+Flash for survivability
Ghost/Flash+Exhaust for teams with Jumping melee Fighters/Anti-carry such as Xin Xao, Jarvan IV, Irellia, Phanteon & Nocturne.
Ghost/Flash+Cleanse for teams with heavy CC ( 3 or more stun/snare )

You Cant initiate a fight then, wait till your tank/support do it, and ULT+tumble forward for dmg.
Then tumble again and condemn the support Or Any CC Champ near a wall and autoatack him once.
Tumble again for DMG. and Tumble back. Your Ulti will end at this point, and your enemy team loses 1 to 2 champs. then chase him ( Vayne is really good at this ) of simply poke him if warded by a Turret
