This is my Vayne build that has worked well for me in the past. It is focused on helping Vayne's early laning phase. It also helps her scale into late game even better than Vayne already does.

The pros with this build is that you can deal plenty of damage to high heal targets and squishy targets alike. The cons of this are that it gives you no resistances or health so that your positioning has to be good to be able to use it.

These 21/9/0 masteries give her nice early and late game damage and also gives her more survivability so that even if you're focused, you can survive to help your team in the fight.

These items focus on your on hit effects and attack speed. They also give you plenty of lifesteal for sustain and survivability.
