Runes
Why this runes?
-Armor Penetration: Its just op. In the early and in the late game this runes will help you to deal better damage and to slay easier tanks.
-Armor : Vayne is very squishy so this helps you to stay longer in your lane.
-Crit Damage: Basically the most Op runes in-game. Combined with your Infinity Edge you can slay every char in this game.
Masteries
I take 21/8/1
why?
The one point in Utility for your flash. Your very squishy and flash helps you out of dangerous situation. This point decrease your cooldown of flash.
21 Points in Offense because you just need this dmg
8 Points in Defense to help you farm longer and stay in lane.
Items
Summoner Spells
Summary
Your main task with Vayne is to farm. Farm, farm, farm till you get enough money to rush your items. I got in every ranked game about 300 minion kills wich is over 6000 gold. You can imagine that 6k gold are Infinty edge and Phantom dancer which are the most important items in your Build.
