Vayne is an solo champion, she's not for group fight.
In a group fight, you could hide in a nearest brushes and help your teammates kill one by one. And remember you always have to pick the lowest health champion to kill, to get in a group fight without any notices, use FINAL HOUR and then use TUMBLE to be invisible, after that start use CONDEMN to push the enemy to the nearest wall then you could kill that champion in tik tok.

Creeping

When you look on the map, if you saw an enemy alone while the other enemies at other places far away you could solo that champion by using this skill in order:
-Final Hour
-Tumble
-Condemn enemy
After that keep chasing and shooting when the enemy almost died, use tumble one more time and shoot for final kill.
