When you follow this build these are risks you may encounter!!:
1) You don't buy you're boots until you got .
Why don't you solve it with 3 movement speed quintessences? These runes + lvl 1 boots gives an ashtonishing 392 movement speed very early game, giving you more speed then most champions have with 2 lvl boots

Your item build is near identical to my own build, actually (I'd definitely recommend getting basic boots after chalice and upgrading them before finishing deathfire).
Take revive out of your recommended summoner spells; a good Veigar should rarely die.
Honestly, I think this guide is better than a lot of the top rated ones. Check out my own guide if you want to see the benefits to any discrepancies between mine and yours.
Finally, your guide has a lot of spelling mistakes. This is pretty inexcusable unless English is your second language.
