First of all what u want to do when u spawn summoner, u want to ask ur jungler for smiteless leash, so u have better chances to steal blue from ur jungler, if u will succeed ur jungler will be pretty mad at you so tell him to calm down and say u will give him next blue "ofcourse you wont". For higher chances to steal blue u can take smite
items you will want to buy is basically attack damage with some defence involved since you wont deal damage when u are dech, but if u are not reta.rdation people u will not want to buy defence because u are not malphite, u are veigar who deal tons of attack damage damage
