Ah, DFG. I hate using it myself! To me, if you play Veigar correctly, there is no need for ANOTHER nuke. Your Dark Matter alone or just your ultimate is enough to nuke. :P

I agree that the void staff is a better option, i didnt put enough time into this guide and i cant figure out how to get the icons to pop up. however, after looking at your guide, i feel you sum up how to play veigar nicely as well. the purpose of my guide was to emphasis the use of archangels, hitting jungle with dark matter, and not getting dfg and relying on it haha

From what I can tell, this is pretty darn close to my guide with just a few differences. We cover a lot of the same things with Veigar, too. However, I do disagree with leveling Baleful Strike last.

You emphasize on CDR for more stuns, etc. However, at 40.00% CDR (cap) and lvl 5 baleful strike, you can get 1 ap every 3~ seconds. Secondly, it works as a great harasser because it is a low mana cost. You chuck your Event Horizon and a Dark Matter down as harassment and you will find yourself short on mana.

And you dont HAVE to have a solo lane. A Veigar can shine with brilliant colors in a side lane as well. Dont believe me? Look up EvilDice's Veigar guide. I think he was the one who explains Veigar as a side laner. In fact, it sometimes makes it easier to get kills.

Other than that, it is a pretty decent guide. Only thing I suggest (and maybe you haven't had time yet, I dont know) is to add icons, descriptions, etc. It makes the guide a lot more pleasant to look at.

EDIT: Oh, and I'd replace Rylai's with Void Staff. Magic Penetration is essential for a nuker. As a nuke, you wont be needing the slow. You run un, drop your stun, Dark Matter, Ult, back off. No need for the slow part to Rylai's. Plus, if you claim you wont be dying a lot, you wont need the extra health either. :)
