Not Updated For Current Season

I made this build for people who having trouble laning and pretty much surviving battles/team fights and such. I feel that getting the tear of the goddess in the beginning to get the extra ap in the end with archangels isnt worth it. getting tear in the beginning gives you 0 health and only mana, hard for you to stay alive. I tried rushing tear and then getting catalyst, but that makes ur ap a little lower than you want it to be, which makes it harder to get kills in the beginning. Well, the main difference in getting tear of the goddess and not getting it is basically mana and ap. If you get it in the beginning you will have a lot more mana in the end and more ap, however, no health. You die easy, making the other team target you cause you are SQUISHY. If your team doesnt do well, the other team will be stronger than you want them to be, and your extra AP from archangels staff is no use. My build helps you control the lane more, hopefully allowing you to gank efficiently and carry the team. The other team will be having a hard time catching up to your amount of AP so you have the advantage.
Oh yeah another thing you can do is that if you know you are going against a hard laner mid solo, or hard laners at top or bot; what you can do is wait at your base after the minions spawn and wait for your gold to get to 35. Buy an extra health pot and use your teleport spell to get the lane before the minions do.
Those of you who insist getting mejai soulstealer, should try to rush it RIGHT after catalyst, and RoA asap after.
BTW for those of you who are clueless -_-, casting order should be baleful strike harass, when you think you can kill:
0. Deathfire grasp if you have it.
1. baleful strike
2. run up toward target
3. event horizon (try to cast at the side for stun)
4. dark matter(you should cast this IMMEDIATELY AFTER event horizon)
5. run right next to target unless yi, olaf, highly physical
6. regular attack and baleful strike again
This combo is very deadly if its 1v1, almost always instant kill if executed properly. HOWEVER BE WARY OF GANKS!
