Hello everyone. This is my version of Veigar the Tiny master of evil. I know some people think "lol veigar=****" but i think its not :) I have been testing different builds for Veigar and i decided to put this here. As you may know Veigar is pretty vulnerable little man and doesnt take much physical or any damage, thats why this build has so much speed ups is for easier getaway when battle goes tight. And you may also have noticed his high Ability power, thats because Veigar needs it pretty much cause it ups almost all of his skills. I have been playing with this build and got pretty good stats So i hope you try it out and get sufficient results :)

So in the very beginning you want to kill lots and lots of those little f*ckers called minions to get as much exp. as you can possibly have. Thats why i have chosen exp up mastery for faster leveling because veigar can only die in early game :D So only goal before primordial burst lvl:2 you just up your level and buy stuff but when you are level 18 and have al the items i have listed its time to act GODLIKE ^^ You may have died few times but its no shame, everyone dies sometimes even pros.

And then the final phase of Veigar. Upping your stats :) Veigar aint so good at soloing but when u have teammate and play as team you will prevail, but Veigar is capable on killing champs on his own. So whe you see hero cast baleful strike then evet horizon to stun him then dark matter when he is stunned then again baleful strike and BAM primordial burst and if that doesnt kill him use BS or if he is fleeing use event horizon and then BS. Then e should bepretty much done ^^
