This is the build I most of the time use while playing Morgana. Since I start using it I started winning with her. This build help maximizing her spell vamp with the Will of Ancient, will also helping your teammate. And the rest to help with her Mana hunger and to boost her AP, which her ability depended.

This build is mainly for lower user or user not use with Morgana. But I still consider a good build for all occasion.
