I disagree with Boots of Speed, as Vi already has great sticking potential, and you need Tenacity on someone who initiates rather that a little extra movement speed.

There are also some typos such as "valot breaker" and some later in the build. They need to be edited. Also, try formatting your guide a bit so that the pictures operate as separators rather than just looking "thrown in" the middle.

Finally, enable C2V: top right of your screen as you're editing. This will force everyone who votes to comment.
