Bloodthirster on Vi late game? bad idea, and it's a very common mistake.
Of course Vi is an AD champion, and when people see AD, they think "ehi, I should take a BT!". But why should you buy a BT, when you're better off with a Ravenous Hydra? (especially late game)
Let me try to convince you:

reason number 1: Hydra let's you do aoe damage, and that's good for many reasons.

reason number 2: If LOL wiki and Black cleaver's description are correct, Hydra's aoe damage applies stacks of BC armor reduction. If this is true (I didn't test it, though), then it's a very good thing, i'd say.

reason number 3: Even when looking at the single target damage, Hydra is still better. When going for an all-out attack with Vi, a full combo would be something like Q/R -> AA -> E -> AA -> E -> R/Q. This combo has a 7.1 bonus AD ratio, and a full-stacked BT has 25 more bonus AD than Hydra, which means that using BT instead of Hydra you gain 25*7.1 = 177.5 damage. But with Hydra's active, you gain 1*(total AD), which is around 275-400 damage (depending on your build).

Sorry for my bad english.

Actually, that's a valid argument. I was mainly looking for the BT as an AD filler to add some more *Oomf!* in the build, but I'd completely overlooked the active on the Hyrda, which is weird since I play a lot of Talon so therefore use that item religiously. I'll make the appropriate adjustments.

cheat sheet:

runes seem fine - but whats wrong with 3 lifewsteal quints?

start with longsword on top (i assume u are there) is generally a bad idea due to a lack of sustain and wards.

i wouldnt get sheen earlygame..

why buy phage AND triforce?

you cant be serious about core of frozen mal and triforce? way too expensive.

no alternative items

your build lacks tenacity (until very late) and survivability.

take out the 1 point of safeguard and give it in relentless

the guide itself:

pros/cons is fine

masteres lack explanations

runes are ok (could be better)

summoner spells need more explanation

abilities could be explaned more and tips would be really nice too

ability sequence is fine

items lack explanations, tankyness and alternatives

you cannot code item passives

vi is NOT ana ssasin, shes a bruiser with the ability to dive for a carry. You MAY will be able to kill them in teamfights but if they are well protected (ryze, lb, cait, vayne etc) you should focus on getting beefy. teamfights chapter is short and again lacks of information

no vote for now but if you want me to have another look at it or you have questions about coding/guidewiting/your guide feel free to pm me!
