Hey my in game name is ItsTurb I got Viktor almost as soon as he came out and found this is what is getting me good scores I have been getting this is my first mobafire guide so I am sorry if it is not grade A :)
Also I am only level 16 :s

MAKE SURE YOU READ THE BUILD SECTION BECAUSE THERE IS IMPORTANCE IN IT

VIKTOR SHOULD BE PLAYED AS MID CHECK OUT MIDDING SECTION

I am not very experienced with runes but your main goal is Ability power and Magic Penetration so those are basic runes I use for ability power. Runes you would use for Ahri or other APs are similar to Viktor :)

These Masteries are the ones I use for ahri also except half that because I am only level 16 but what ever :) these are still very good. If you would like you can switch it up and make your own one and give me suggestions.

The items at the top are what I would use in a normal 40minute match but you will need to get Augment Death as it is only 1200 and gives you +45 AP - People say it is terrible but it doesn't use up a spot because Augment is pre given to you, it will make your spells a lot stronger and I DO suggest this or you could just do Augment power but it is not as good.

People usually do Death's Ray and max that out first but that is really only good for farming minions and finishing off once you have your ultimate you can use a lower level Deaths Ray to finish off but the Power Transfer is very powerful so that is my choice but you can do Death's Ray if that's what you feel comfortable doing.

The Spells I use is

Flash and Ignite

Reasons:
Flash: Flashing to Enemies to Finish off OR Turrent Diving Away
Ignite: Finishing off OR how I like to use early game to lower enemy health in the first minute or two

Mid is by far the best for Viktor he can do it easily and get out of ganks with his ulti with ease.
When you first start off in the game you need your health pots this will give you a good chance to harras them early and kill minions to get your ulti.

Don't use your moves too much especially Death's Ray THAT EATS UP A Lot of mana

My Solution:

I just use my Power Transfer except once or twice on minions which I can do Death's Ray.
Going back to harrasing only do this if your enemy is good other wise Viktor can kill easy.

MAIN GOAL

Level up and get your ulti THEN start going for kills BUT if the other team sucks you can kill early on...
FARM MINIONS WITH OUT SPELLS FIRST

Viktor is a excellent team fighter.

If your playing with a Tank always tell them to go in first.
You can Simply use your ultimate and Damage A LOT + your team will kill them all.

A TEAM KILL IS A KILL FOR THE TEAM - Who Cares if someone takes your kill at least you got them
