indeed, as expected, this has some little flaws..
exhaust and ignite may be a fearsome combination but it gives vlad low chances on getting way so i guess flash/ghost is a better suit (excluding exhaust)

I have to vote down because you don't have maxed transfusion til level 12... Transfusion should ALWAYS be maxed at level 9. And ToB/SP are approximately equal priority. Also, flat-bonus runes need to be balanced with twice as many per-level runes of the same stat.
