Vladimir is a tanky caster with strong lane sustain because of his Q. He has been nerfed many times because of how annoying he is to lane against with his sustain from Q and his survive ability from his W. He can be played as plain ap, cooldown reduction, or tank and this build will be playing him as a mix of all 3 to reach max damage while having the most survive ability possible.

Magic penetration red because they are the best for increasing damage in that slot. Ability power per lvl yellows and blues to hit like a truck. Flat AP quints because his passive allows you to double dip, with 3 ap quints you get hp equal to a health quint.

9 in offense for the magic pen and 21 in utility for all the good caster stuff without taking the mana regen. If you do take the mana regen please slap yourself right now.

These items give Vlad the ability to do tons of damage yet have good survive ability. Get abyssal sceptor or hourglass one after another depending on the enemy's team and who's fed. For example if you see a fed master yi raping everyone dont get abyssal sceptor.

Max transfusion first because if you don't you will, fail. I grab 1 level of pool because that is all you need for this imba skill early on to escape. I max tides of blood next because you want to do damage right? Get hemo whenever you can because its your ultimate.

You take ignite flash because you are playing plain ap vlad. If you are playing cdr vlad you would take ghost instead of flash.

In 1vs1 situations use E, Q, R, then W and then use whatever that's off cooldown .

In team fights spam your q and e whenever you feel like and use your ultimate whenever you can get a lot of people with it.

Pool can be used as a slow too don't forget.

Are you kidding me? Facepalm yourself for me right now. Vlad is so easy to use, just don't pool to farm creeps like those idiots and you will be fine.

You WANT to solo with vlad and people will most likely let you solo because you are VLAD the most annoying person to lane against. But don't run into lane thinking your IMMORTAL. Vladimir sucks early on because his Q's cool down is very high he get stronger when he reaches level 5. When you harass, transfusion them then run, don't let them hit you too much because you gain more from the damage and heal while they only get to do damage however, they can do more if you stay too long and fight them while your transfusion is on cool down.
