Hello!

This is my first build contributing back to the community that has helped me so much.

This build came about two nights ago when our 3s map didn't have a good tank, so I decided to try something new with Vlad. I've played it in a few 5s, and it seems to hold up pretty well. I consider this more of an offtank spec, but you can rock some pretty strong health mid-late game.

<Play style>
For the first portion of the game, play as you would an AP vlad build, maxing Transfusion and Sanguine Pool to out-lane and harass your opponents. Hopefully you can snake a few kills with some sneaky Pools. Once you get Rylai's you are ready to really work your opponents.

For mid-late game, your Warmog's should be built and decently charged. Open team fights with Hemoplague, then pool in for max damage. Once you have your sunfire, this damage really adds up! From there Transfusion their Carries down, and use Tides of Blood if all else is on cooldown timer.

<Team Tweaks>
Ideally, I would see this build used as an off-tank as you don't have any true taunts. However, this build does grant a great mix of survivability and DPS. If you are faced with a more magic heavy team, I would suggest swapping Randuins Omen with a MR item such as Force of Nature.

Feedback is more than welcome, and I will adjust the build accordingly.

Thanks!
