ive seen many many many bad vlad builds, and yes i mean build not guide

look at this build, use it rate it and be amazed its a frikkishly good build, it is not to get awesomeness amounts of ap like 800 ap or something, it is to and yes to dominate other vlads, why do u ask? u can survive anything with pool and transfuse so dont worry it is the magic pene and magic resist and hp that make this build so awesome


go warmogs before raba if ur facing heavy hitters, otherwise take raba before warmog

mobafire doesnt count the hp and ap gain from his apssive, ull end up with around 500 to 550 ap and more than 4.5k hp
