Hi m8's, this is my first build, i'm portuguese so excuse my english, let's start the build explanation!

Well i pick up 10 0 19, in offense i get more AP, more Magic Penetration and bonus on ignite, it is useful in team fight and 1 vs 1 beucase you get more ap after the ignite, then in Utility i get health regen, move speed, gold and cooldown reduction ( that's a very important point on vlad )

I get 9 Mark of Magic Penetration, 9 Seals of Health and 9 of Cooldown Reduction. Takin 3 Quint of Magic Pen. This runes are very useful in all times in the game ( early/mid/late game) because you get Magic Pen and it's very important everytime, nice health in early game you will get more with items and Cooldown reduction to Spam Q and E in less than 3 seconds in mid/late game.

I start with pendant because it get me health regen to keep spamming abilities early game, then i buy a A.Tome and if have gold get magic pen bots too. Then i buy Mejai to get stacks and that will give more ap and keep on killing spree. Then is Relai's to slow them with transfusion ( Super important in 1 vs 1 fights ). In the next two items you just buy one. You buy the one that's is more useful in that game. If the oponnent have more AP players use Force of nature, if more AD use warmog, any of these items is just to get good health regen. The next item Z.Hourglass is just BRUTAL with vlad, you just get this combo in a team fight ( W,Q,E,R,2( i get the item in slot 2) Q,E,W .. Just count the time you get in the focus of a team fight and no get touched and always doing damage, it's very devastating

Well i love playing Vlad like this, i love playing offense and with this vlad you can play very offensive in any stage of the game, Try it , vote it and comment.
