lich bane is pretty useless for vlad who gets his kills through hemoplague and transfusion. you have 7 items listed so that makes no sense and you didnt explain your item choice. And what do you build if you are not getting kills for mejais??? you really have no explanation for this build and this is why down voted you. Your seal and glyph choice is very useless. you would be better off with cd glyphs. i guess your seals work but its not what most people use for vlad.

He has seven items because u will obviously sell ur pendant when needed to buy the last item. Just like all casters sell dorans ring late game for there last item. And BTW, like uberdude told me, u cant max out an ability by level 8 like your garren build has. Lol.
