Introduction

Hi there,

This is my first guide, hope you enjoy :)

Runes

Greater Mark of Insight: Magic penetration is good for his spells.
Greater Seal of Vitality: Health for spamming spells early game.
Greater Glyph of Focus: Cooldown Reduction to spam your spells.
Greater Quitenssence of Fortidue: Health for spamming spells.

Masteries

Ignite: For finishing your target easy early game
Ghost: To chase or to run. ( always turn it on before Sanguine Pool )

Items

Ruby Cristal: For some hp in the beginning.
Sorecer's Shoes: For the speed and magic pen.
Mejai's Soulstealer : This is a very good item for Vladimir. If you use your ultimate in teamfights, there is always a kill and you always gain an assist.
Spirit Visage: For Cooldown reduction and Health Regen to spam your spells.
Rylais: Its good because your transfusion has a short Cooldown reduction you can easy slow targets quickly.
Void Staff: For Magic Pen.
Deathcap: For some Major AP.

Skill Sequence

Your Transfusionis a epic spell. You heal and you do massive damage.

Sanguine poolis good for farming and get away from stuns and slows and other damage.

Tides of bloodis good for farming late game.

Hemoplagueis nice to stack mejai's very easy in teamfights and deals massive damage.
