This build is the best build I've come across for vlad, great damage output, still easily ends up with 3k+ health at the end of games, and slaughters early game squishies.

I know my masteries are a bit different, but swapping out 15% summoner spell cooldown for a extra 10 early game AP works very well for me.

The Item sequence is simple enough, a bit tricky but easy to get the hang of. start your games with a amp tome and health pot, and try your best to grab mid, the faster you get trans to 5 the better, because then you can gank like a pro. stay in your lane at least until you have 1150 gold, head back, and grab a mejai's and boots of speed, i try and stay out a bit longer, and get at least one kill on their midder, so that going back doesnt leave me underlvled. return mid for a bit, and try and get your first 2 stacks on mejais, its easiest with trans lvl 5, just get them to about half, ult, trans, and sanguine after them if they try and run, once out of sanguine you trans again and they're usually done for. once you take care of your mid, check top and bot lanes and see who looks the squishiest, and preferably also the ones pushing hardest, if you have your ult, ghost, and ignite ready, it can be very possible to get a double kill and another 4 stacks. just ghost in, ult first, then ignite whoever, trans and sanguine, then trans some more, once your ult pops, finish them off if they arent already. right there is pretty much the best way to finish anyone off, make sure they have to run quite a ways before they are safe, and just kill them them with that standard combo.

Later on the combo changes to throw in tides of blood, and if you make your deaths minimal, and kill and assist as much as you can, the stacks on mejai's will just obliterate everyone but the hardiest of tanks, just make sure you don't overextend yourself, nuke when you have the opportunity, and people will be crying OP from just how good you are.
