the great thing about vlad is he can do some serious damage without having much AP but a lot of HP. I use this build on rare occasions, but it does work when you need a DPSer that can stay in the fight for a while.

nice, tho, the only thing i would change(personal) would be radiuns omen to will of ancients. the extra ap+spell vamp can help a lot. also warmongs gives alot of hp but 40 ap when its full. so it depends on if you want hp or Ap i guess. correct me if im wrong.
