Mainly because I like my vlads as more tanky than AP (which nobody seems to want to do), I prefer this build over others. But... 3 warmogs is kinda for those extreme games, not a general build for all cases in my opinion. But otherwise I can see your Hp/regen/AP going off the charts with this build.

Aiight so the cap to CDR is 40%, with ur masteries and items, it already touched ... 12+15+9... just wanted to say that you dont need all those CDR runes if you wanna get those items. Then theres also the time where u spell Clairvoyance clairvoyant one time, and correctly the next time. Nice build, need to clean up some stuff tho.
