I'm sorry, but your build is not very good. Vlad's passive give 1.8 health per ability power. Your build, which only has 4 items, will only get you 150 AP. With this you will get 270 extra health, not 4k extra health. Sanguine pool can't be leveled at 1 and then 2. Also, you need transfusion early game. It will help you a lot more than pool.

I'm sorry friend, you trolled my build to get attention for yours. Now I will post comments on yours.
1. You will not have 8k health. You have no AP. It will not happen. (150 AP on vlad, is no ap)
2. You can't even level pool twice from level 1-2.
