ok u put a lot of effort into your guide. but;) sorry there is a but. i would not skill 21 in the offensive tree. i played most of my games with vlad and i came up with something new. if i find time, i will post a guide. to be honest, this guide is similar to the most vladimir guides.
dont get me wrong, i dont want to say your guide is bad. just all guide are quiet the same u have to admit.

i tryed to skill for example
- 9 into the offensive tree Arcana Knowledge
- 10 into the defensive tree Veteran Scar`s
-11 into the utility tree Spell Vamp

to me it gives u the most important things vlad needs!
Life, Magic Pen and Spell Vamp and Movementspeed.

Just an example of a different Vlad Guide!

Nice guide, but the beginning of your rune section is kinda messy in my opinion. You could instead make icons of the runes, and explain each rune out. +1 though, good job.

sorry but no work after our comments. all the effort u put into this guide in the first place is now lagging:(. Why do you work on a guide and than dont keep up with it? sorry but down vote:(
