Instead of puting 3 quintenensse of potencie you can put one of fortitude or one of vigor.
But i think tant tree of potencie is beast but it depends on the team.
if you dont want reduction cooldown you can put 6 glyphs of vigor instead of focus.
i think the seals are good but if you dont want health regen you can put the seal of resilience.
In the marks i think there is nothing to change so you can keep it like that.

I think this is the best masteries tree for Vladimir but instead of put 21 in utility you can put 21 in defense.
If you do that put 3 in resistance and hardiness;
4 in evasion;
1 in nimbleness;
2 in handen skin;
4 in veteran's scars;
3 in ardor;
and 1 in tenacity.

I start with amplifing tome and not with ruby cristal because in the begeening Vladimir start's with a good health.
then i buy haunting guise who gives good thinks to vladimir,like ap,hp and magic penetration and its good for vladimir����¯�¿�½������´s passive abilitie.
Then i buy boots of speed to give movement speed to chase a escape from my enemies.
Then i buy giants belt to give me health and to increase my passive.
then i buy sorcerer shoes but if the game isnt going well and the enemy team as more mages buy mercury treads, if it has more champion of damage buy ninja tabi and if the enemy champions are always running away buy boots of switness.
If the game is on your team advantage or irregular(because your team is winning as much as the other) you can buy sorcerer shoes or boots of boots of lucidity.
And if your team is winning buy sorcerer shoes.
then i buy rilais cristal scepter because it is a crucial item to vladimir and i have bought giants belt so always buy rilays cristal scepter.
Then i buy rabadon's deathcape to give me ability power in a large quantity so this is a crucial item too.
then if your team is winning buy rod of ages, if your team isn����¯�¿�½������´t winning buy spirits visage (if the enemy team as more mages), sunfire cape(if the enemy team as more damage champions)or guardian angel( if the enemy team is mixed).
then always buy warmog's armor to give you full health.
And finnaly always buy rabadon's deathcape to give you full ap.

I think this is the best skill sequence to vladimir and it doesn����¯�¿�½������´t need any changes.

I always put ignite and ghost to vladimir but if you don����¯�¿�½������´t think it is a good idea you can replace ghost by exaust or flash but keep always ignite.

so in preference use my build because it as full hp and ap.

But remenber,when chasing use always sanguine pool to chase the enemy.
I love this build because the passive of vladimir is very well used in it.

To farm use this sequence tides of blood, sanguine pool and transfusion.
In that sequence you loose health but then you win it with transfusion.
