Hey guys! Welcome to Vladimir guide. This guide will focus on harassing and AP nuking.

Crimson Pact
Bonus health gives Vladimir bonus ability power, and every bonus ability power gives Vladimir bonus health (does not stack with itself).

Vladimir drains the lifeforce of his target, dealing 120 (+66% of ability power) magic damage and healing himself for 25% (+33% of ability power)% per ability power of that amount. Cooldown 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 / 4 seconds

Sanguine Pool
Vladimir sinks into a pool of blood for 2.5 seconds, becoming untargetable and slowing enemies above him by 26%. Vladimir deals 60 (+10% of Valdimir's bonus Health) magic damage over the duration and heals himself for 15% of that amount.
Cooldown 22 seconds

Tides of Blood
Vladimir unleashes a torrent of blood on surrounding units, dealing 115 (+66% of ability power) magic damage to enemies and healing allies by 57.5 (+33% of ability power). Cooldown 8 seconds, Costs 80 health

R: (Ultimate)
Vladimir infects the target area with a virulent plague which periodically spreads to nearby enemies and increases the damage they take by 12 / 16 / 20% for 5 seconds. After 5 seconds, infected enemies take 250 / 400 / 600 (+80% of ability power) magic damage. Cooldown 120 seconds

Round Start:

Boots of Speed
Health Potion

As Vladimir, you have a lot of lane control. Take advantage of this, use Q to heal yourself some scrapes and bruises as well as harass. Focus on last hitting minions until you have enough to buy Sorcerers Shoes.

Early Game:

Sorcerers Shoes
Amplifying Totem
Meja's Soul Stealer

When you get enough gold to buy some Sorcerers Shoes, You are now mobile enough to pursue targets after weakening them with your Q, as well as fast even to escape possible ganks. It's best not to put yourself in gank positions, but if you are caught simply use your W immediately followed by Ghost. If you have any left over gold, get an Amplifying Totem followed by a Meja's Soul Stealer.

Mid Game:

Amplifying Totem
Blasting Wand
Giants Belt
Rylai's Crystal Scepter

Mid game you want to support your team as much as possible. Hang by a teammate to ensure they won't be ganked, if you see a member of your team in a possible gank position head up there to cover them. Not only does Rylai's Crystal Scepter contains all stats used by Vladimir, it will slow your target with any of your attacks. This is very useful for closing distance fast with a combination of Q --> W --> Q dealing sufficient damage and healing yourself.

Late Game:

Blasting Wand
Needlessly Long Rod
Zhonya's Ring

At this point, you have an insane amount of HP and can dish out damage like other thanks to your Zhonya's Ring, you have an overflowing amount of AP. From here on take advantage of your AP and gank weak champions. Use your Ghost to catch running targets, and if they're in range of your W, use that right after your Q.

Leftover Items:

Amplifying Totem
Blasting Wand
--Inventory Full--
Void Staff
Needlessly Long Rod
--Inventory Full--

If the game does progress this far, get a Void Staff and Needlessly Long Rod. You have devastating health and AP, and should be able to carry your team to victory.

Marks: 9x Force
Seals: 9x Force
Glyphs: 9x Force
Quintessence: 3x Force

Why all Force? Mid and Late game you will really shine, with an additional 83 AP.

Mastery Tree:

9/0/18 is the most viable build for a spell caster. They don't benefit from defense or much from the offense tree.

Skill Sequence:

Level 1: Q
Level 2: W
Level 3: Q
Level 4: E
Level 5: Q
Level 6: R
Level 7: Q
Level 8: E
Level 9: Q (Max)
Level 10: E
Level 11: R
Level 12: E
Level 13: E (Max)
Level 14: W
Level 15: W
Level 16: R (Max)
Level 17: W
Level 18: W (Max)

Q is your main spell and should be maxed out quickly. W isn't as important as the damage output that you get from E.

Max Order:
Q --- Transfusion
R --- Hemoplague
E --- Tides of Blood
W --- Sanguine Pool

Summoner Spells:

I prefer to use Ghost over Flash and Exhaust because they don't guarantee your escape. With ghost, you'll be able run across the map and then some.
I use Heal because I can't remember how many times it's saved me from a gank, saved me from turret diving, or helped me make the final push. It's arguably the most useful spell in the game.

Closing Notes:

Thanks for reading! I hope that after reading this you'll be a better Vladimir player. I'll be constantly updating this guide, to keep a look out. My IGN is Burnatrix, feel free to add me and we'll play some games together :)
