I would like to say that this is only a fun guide. I am not a "HighElo" Player. I made this guide principal to help the lowlevel players. Because I am from Germany, my english is not perfect. . I would like to excuse this. I hope I can help a few people with my build order and my LOWELO tips. My ingame name is "eberfleck". You can find me on EU west. [Pros]:
- Pretty strong laner !
- Nice Spellvamp !
- Nice damage since he got buffed !
- You can escape pretty well with your Pool !
- Awesome Skins ! ( Nosferatu Vladimir, Blood Lord Vladimir )

[Cons]:
- You die pretty fast at early / midgame
- Its hard to beat vladimir on lane. Because of that you might get flamed.
- A lot of ******s are playing him.

Now I will tell you, why I use these runes. Here are some pictures and a short text to every rune.

: Little MagicPen bonus. After you got your Void Staff you crush everyone

: This rune gives you additional health. Because of Vladimirs passive, it will give you more Ability Power too!

: With this rune, you will get a nice Ability Power bonus. This is a awesome rune for every mage !

: This Quintessence will give you additional Ability power. Good for early game mid domination.

I am trying to tell you, why i take these items as Vladimir. I will write a short text to every item. This chapter with include some other items, which are good for Vladimir !

Well, i am going to tell you why i take this item as my first item. I dont like boots + 3 pots with vladimir. You can easily escape from ganks with your pool. With vladimir you dont really need pots. Your q skill with heal a nice amount of your HP and your 9 % spellvamp [ at lv 1 ] will heal you too. You should be able to stay a long time at mid lane.

I upgrade my amplifying tome into a hextrech revoler. Now you should dominate your lane pretty hard. You will heal all your damage that you take. I think vladimir is at this time pretty OP.

Get your boots as first item, if your enemy has got a strong jungler [Maokai for example].
Also get them if you havea to play against a champion like brand. Brand has to hit his skillshots but with your boots you can easily dodge them. Upgrade your boots after you got your Sprit Visage. Always worked well for me.

You can get this item if you get focused at mid game. This itemm will give you additional Health, Magic Resistance, Cooldown Reduction and SpellVamp. Sell this item for a Void Staff or a Zhonyas later.

This item is awesome. You will get a good ability power boost. With this item, everyone in your team is getting bonus AP.

Well, now comes the time where you will totally rape. With your deathcap you will have about 400 Ability Power. This is one of the most important items for every mage.

With this item you should have more than 3500 Hp as a mage. This is why i love vladimir. You get a lot of health after you got your core items.

---

You are getting harder and harder to kill. Now you should have about 4000 HP ! If the enemy team keeps focusing you, get this item earlier ! One of the best items ingame.

This is your last item. At this part of the game you should be able to kill everything.
Even if they stack magic resistance you should crush them. With your Magic Penetration and your Voidstaff you should crush everyone.

: This item it " Okay " for vladimir, if you get focused down at teamfights. I prefer to get a rabadons instead of a warmogs. The ability power bonus isnt that high and if you stack ability power you will get HP too.

: Perfect item if you have to play against a fed mage.

Vladimir is a mage, which can be played with all mastery trees.
I am going to tell you the pros of every mastery tree.

[ Offense Mastery Tree ]

[ Offensive mastery tree ] :
- Increased damage output.
- Nice damage Boni if the enemy has less than 40 % HP.
- Ability Power bonus.

- Health Bonus [ Minimal ability power boni ]
- Armor / Magic resist bonus [ Perfect for Top / Mid ]
- You will be much more tanky

- Spell Vamp Bonus ! [ Awesome for Vladimir ]
- High Cooldown Reduction
- Longer buff Durations , more EXP , more movement

You can play Vladimir with every mastery page, but i think the utility tree is the best one.

Vladimir's Q skill [Transfusion]

Transfusion : Vladimir drains Health from his target.

Vladimir's W skill

Sanguine Pool : Vladimir sinks into a pool of blood becoming untargetable for 2 seconds. Additional enemys on the pool are slowed and Vladimir siphons life from them.

Vladimir's E skill

Tides of Blood : Vladimir unleashes a torrent of blood, damaging surrounding enemies. Additionally, multiple Tides of Blood in a short period of time cause them to cost additional health and deal additional damage, and increases his healing and regeneration by 8%.

Vladimirs R skill

Hemoplague : Vladimir infects and are with a virulent plague. Affected enemies take increased damage for the duration. Hemoplague deals additional magic damage after a few seconds to infected enemies.

[ Lasthitting ]

Lasthitting is with every champion important. You have to think like that : 1 Lasthit gives you about 25 Gold. [ 10 - 15 Lasthits = 1 Kill ].
Now tell me, what do you get faster ? 15 Lasthits or one kill ?
Vladimir needs no mana to use his skills, because of that you are able to lasthit easily with your Q skill and your E skill.

Warding

Warding is ****ing important if the enemy team has got a jungler. I will try to tell you, where you should ward. Now you might think. Why do you place your wards there? I am going to tell you, why i like these warding places much more.

I will see the enemy jungler or ganker about 2 or 3 seconds earlier if i ward at these positions. Thats why i ALWAYS ward there. Its a much better warding position. 2 or 3 seconds may you cost your life. Always keep an eye on the minimap.

Here i would like to explain to you , how you can use Vladimir's " Sanguine Pool ".

I think, that Vladimir has one of the best skills in the history of leauge of legends.
His Sanguine Pool counters so many things. For example : You have to play against a Karthus.
You survive with 10 HP and he starts casting his ultimate. Your pool will cost you 20 % of your current health. You will lose 2 HP and if you time your Sanguine Pool right in time, Karthus ultimate wont even hurt you.
