Why not these boots, if you take cdr boots your gonna do much less dmg!
Only thing I change here are runes and masteries: Seals not health but armor and quits Ap not hp.
For masteries i better pick 21-0-9 then 21-9-0

Awesome build works great for me only i dont take those boots I take diferent ones.But all in all a good build.The last fight i had about 3800hp and about 400 ability power so it was good.

should've chosen different quintessence then hp. HP < AP for vlad

Just bought Vlad tonight, tried a few different guides/builds but this one deff. fits my play style best. Really nice build!

I don't get why u wrote under "Combat". First use Ult when u've hitted them with the other spells? If u use it earlier, they will take more damage, and will be alot more efective!;)
