mh you can get CDR via Spirit Visage (very cool item) and ionian boots instead of Morellos Evil Tome and I recommend Rylais, because it gives vlad a little CC and gives as well HP and AP

get magicpen with voidstaff and no regeneration seals or regeneration items at the beginning, but boots or an amplifying tome. you are regenerating enough anyway after reaching lv 7/9
