Basically, use your Q to escape from danger whilst your passive heals you or to charge at an escaping champ, once the champ has been tossed over volibears head use your E to stun them and basic attack them until they're on around 1/4 hp, by this time use your W and you will almost definitely kill them without taking much damage

In a teamfight use your Q on the furthest person from the middle to seperate them and use the same tactic, or charge into the middle with Q and stun everyone with E whilst damaging every champ with your R abilities
