Ill say the truth. VOLIBEAR DOESNT WORK AD, HE IS FULL TANK. use armor health magic reistance health and health regen to improve this Build. he isn't meant to do kills.

I can see this working. I would use some health runes over armor pen. But over all I like what your going for.

Well, okay, play volibear like a singed, i play him like a jax ;0 Every game 20+ kills 5- deaths... ON RANKED... So, yeah, he is squishy definitely ;)

I play volibear as my main character and this build is all wrong. I understand were you are trying to go with this build but as Voilbear he is to squish with the items you have given him. plus the ability order you have will do nothing in the early game you have it were his best ability frenzy is only at lvl one until lvl 7. basically you built a voilbear that will get thrown around and his only outside chace is if the rest of the team pulls him, and as a voilbear player that is never what voilbear should do.
