I'd say you need to code a little bit more to make the guide a little more inviting. I think the item sequence is unique though and will gladly try it next time I play Volibear.

2/21/7? ummm 9/21/0 taking atk dmg, atk speed and armor pierce on offense, the 21 is pretty basic. health and cd in defense. ghost has limited use even though you get through minions. Heal synergies with your massive health, and proccing it after your passive kicks in, well at 4500 max health you get 1500 regen+ a massive heal, yeah... I'm not trolling, just learn to play him.

I also add that Rolling Thunder gives bonus speed only when running towards an enemy champ. Therefore it cannot be used as an escape ability.

Second, his ultimate. You described it totally wrong, confusing it with Majestic Roar, which only fear minions and ordinary jungle minions.

This build clearly need huge correction, let say for the mood, like a swag.

Majestic Roar does not fear enemy champions and you cannot 2shot people with Rolling Thunder + Majestic Roar. Derp.
