Pros / Cons
Pros- on team fight when the Ultiamte it up, there is no ignoring Volibear, he is just a killing machine, dealing dmg all around with his Lightning, farther more this build is a major harass on early game.
Cons-one on one fights would be tough to win, alot is relying on how you will play, this build is a very team player like.
