I dont think sarting with armor is a good idea. you should start with a health regen item to buy philo stone quicker. i tried this build out with a friend did not enjoy I play aggressive laners in my elo, and they don't let me farm in melee range without taking some harassment. Regrowth pendant is fine if you aren't getting harassed in lane, but it's a lot less regen than pots offer. I build the Philo for the mana regen anyways, so i don't have to worry about being aggressive in lane. Tri lane for life.

I recommend getting Regrowth pendant first it allows you to lane longer unless your laning against 2 ad. I never lane 2v1. This is a build meant for laning against another top lane AD champion. If you are going against an AP champion then you should bring a null-magic mantle and pots instead of cloth armor. I just figured that that was basic stuff and i didn't need to include it. I never recommend a regrowth pendant, unless you beat the lane you're against really hard. (That's not a lot of lanes.) Tri lane for life.
