I watched a Voyboy video, saw him play this top then proceeded to play this top and as ADC.
I easily dealt almost double the damage of the player who got the second highest damage.
As well as the fear you now strike in the hearts of your enemies playing as a ADC, Tank, and now deal a crazy amount of CC because of Frozen Mallet proc combined with Runaan's Hurricane.

Playing this build as an ADC will require a different build path than what is on this video. Play Video

Play the lane normally, passive and farming, because you still won't show up until mid to late game. I recommend freezing the lane near your turret so your lane can be open to ganks from your jungler.

By now you should be have your Bork and Frozen Mallet, and now be building your Runaan's.
Keep farming until you pick up your 3 items. Once you do, your options are very open, you can split push and AFK farm or you can group with your team, depending on how the game is looking.
Split pushing is now viable because you have damage, escape, and your auto attack applies a slow, if 2 or 3 people come up for you, they are all slowed which opens an outplay (which I was able to pull off many times) or you can run and kite.

Well now you are a beast, you have intense damage, frozen mallet for health and the slow proc with a bit of AOE damage from the runaan's. Now go rip the enemy in half and make me proud!
