idk if you read it, but its saying "examples" and I gave you a list of good and bad items. You dont have to do things exactly like the example.
btw, how long have you been playing LoL?

Because the slow is a ****, only 15% for all skills.

so is frozen mallet's slow...people dont get those items for the slow, they get them for the great ap and health. the slow is a minor perk

Good job with the guide, but I'm sorry it is not upvote worthy in my opinion. I just refuse to upvote a tank Mordekaiser guide. Good luck, anyways.

By the way, Rylai's is a good item not for slow but for both AP and health. You should consider getting it.

Not sure why people are trolling you so hard, but it seems like a decent build to me. I would substitute in a more diverse item variety though. Morde doesn't have to just be a tank, he can also be a hard carry if you're good with him. I'd recommend trying some damage focused builds to. After getting a warmogs, see how you're doing, and if you're doing well go straight into damage items. Rylais' IS a pretty good item believe it or not, and you might wanna experiment around with rabaddon's deathcap. It's an amazing item for morde, and it will massively increase your damage.

All items Morde will ever need, you need to put an Example build tho.
