9 magic pen is NOTHING.

hey the magic pen rines are for the beggining to give you an edge to your Q ability and make fb and stay to lane a alot more easy i say it on the chapter of the runes

hey man this is what i like. you can take flash im just not a fan plus i play too aggressive and i use flash most of the times as to initiate you can use your ulti instead this build it works for my gameplay

To many mistakes. The build isnt bad, but not great. You take magic pen runes altough you are building more for AD and not for procing or Q spamming... No flash, a must for lane ww...The build need work.
Another thing, your guide is really boring to read. maybe some colors, pics, icons... make it more alive and fun to read :)

thx for the tip first guide and it was made in one night i ll work more i just want to see comments to amke a better one with my favorite champs thx again
