I don't think the Doran's Blade is good for jungling. People get the Cloth Armor/Longsword to start because it builds into Razors. Doran's items give great lane staying power but they don't build into anything (obviously). You should also put at least 10 points into Utility for the bonus XP and 30% buff duration.
