Spells:
Smite
Flash
Ability Order
Eternal Hunger (PASSIVE)
Warwick Passive Ability
Warwick Jungling Build
The spells that I choose for Warwick are normally Flash and Smite.
Smite is a great tool for Warwick as a jungler because it will help clear out neutral monsters a whole lot quicker. You won't really need it once you're higher level in-game, unless you're soloing dragon.
I take Flash mostly because it is an escape spell, since Warwick can chase down enemies below 50% health, and because Flash can get you out of there if you are ganked while jungling.
Ghost is just a bad choice. No need since you have your E passive.
Ignite is also a bad choice. You get them down on health, Ignite, then your teammate goes and steals the kill form you. So yeah. No Ignite.
Exhaust is a choice, but I don't recommend it.
Heal and Clarity. Don't even bother with these spells.

For runes I take Armor Penetration Marks, Armor Penetration Quintessences, Flat Magic Resist Seals, and Attack Speed Glyphs. Why did I take Magic resist? Warwick has a pretty low magic resist if you ask me, and now that dodge RUNES are getting removed, I'm taking the next best thing.(In my opinion) Armor Pen. Marks and Quintessences are required for easier kills, combined with The Black Cleaver's unique passive, after 3 basic attacks you will be practically dealing true damage to a non-tank champion. Attack Speed Glyphs help for, well I don't need to explain this part now, do I? (lol)
