This a team is a build for top or bottom lane not mid or to go against 3 champions only 2 or 1 if alone,

How to get your health up

If you're low health go and kill stone golem, wolves or wraiths ,other ways to get your health back is to use your Q on a minion with the most health or use your W and get your health back if there is enough minions to kill

How to own a Champion

When attacking a champion use your W to get more life steal faster and use your Q when you are on at least half your health on them or if you are chasing them

Ultimate

When to use your ultimate?,use your ultimate when you are alone or versing 1 champion never use it when 2 champions because the other one will probably kill you while you're doing it
Or use it when chasing a champion to stop him or use it to save a teammate trying to get away
