If you die you get back fast with the 15% less death time and you level fast with the 9% extra experience gained. With 6% less cooldown on your skills you can run after a champion and use Hungering strike while hunting them to get their HP down faster.

Both Madred's bloodrazor and The black cleaver has on-hit effects that works with your Infinite duress so your Infinite duress gets really affective when you buy both of them. You buy Madred's bloodrazor before The black cleaver to get the damage before armor on-hit debuff.

Warwick is a strong champion with life steal and is able to survive and kill 5 vs 1 with almost no HP lose thanks to the speed from items and Hunters call.

I was able hold my HP over 90% against Cho' Gath, Ashe, Warwick, Ryze and Master Yi when i was alone and killed them 1 by 1 until Cho' Gath ran away and since he had the most HP of all of them i tried to kill him last.

Try to get their hp down to under 50% hp as quick as possible in order to hunt them down with your Blood scent. This way you can run and kill them close to the tower then run/flash away and survive with the kill.

You need to max cap both of your bloodthirster's as fast as possible in order to get high lifesteal and high damage quick and the best way is to jungle up to max cap. If you die in the jungle or while slaying minions up to max cap fast so you get to your max powerfull damage and life steal quick after death again.
