Well, first off, thanks for clicking here, I love this build and I just want to share it with everyone. But the thing about this build is that you'll die... BARELY. And you will be very fed. The thing about it is that you can 1v1 anyone, and if your team gets the rest of them low, you're going to kill them QUICK with your Q and W. just follow this guide, because why build a lifesteal champ tanky? There's no need.

First, you're going to get five pots of red and blue(you'll make up for it in the end) and head up top. GET Q FIRST! Then, after you reach 2000 gold(if you get 2900-3000, you can get the blade and boots) but if you get 2000, you're going to buy a bilge water cutlass, and basic tier 1 boots. Then go back to lane. By now, you may have 2-4 kills or 1-3 deaths. Depending on which, you'll finish the blade of the ruined king(1000+boots) if you have the kills and get berserker greaves or mobas(for chasing) and head back. If you have negative(deaths) then you'll start into a spirit visage. This item is in end build anyways, so it just helps you live more for beginners. Then build a ravenous hydra. Try buying the Tiamat and vampiric scepter separately instead of pieces of each. After that if you're still fed,(you should be), build a bloodthirster. Then, hopefully still fed, a phantom dancer, and finally(for those that have already built a spirit visage, build one of the two you haven't built first, ie: bloodthirster or phantom dancer.), you fed guys will build a spirit visage for the spell vamp.

PROS:
Kill any one or two people
Kill them at 1/4th health or less. (DON'T ENGAGE FED ADCS ALONE) like Ashe.TOO MANY SLOWS!
Baron solo, dragon solo.
AWESOME sustain
Fast wave clears(thanks to ravenous hydra)

CONS:
Quick death in 1v4-5(no chance of escape if there's any slows or up hits)
They love to focus you(you don't really die because of life steal)
Q can't hit a ranged poker

Basicly, it's Q, W, Q, E, then max Q, W, E.(IN THIS ORDER) never skip an ult upgrade. (Some noobs may, you never know)
