thank you very much for the guide, I'm an OTP Warwick too and I can safely say this is one of the best guide i've ever read. Thank you not only for explaining perfectly how and when to use certain items or runes, but also for acknowledging the "meh" state of this great champion. Almost every guide that I'm reading are just avoiding this issue, there are team comps where just Warwick can't do ****. I swear I have like a 40% winrate against Gnar...

Most warwick guides show just a random build that can reliably work, but don't try to go the extra mile to find what would be optimal to help win games on this champion, who unfortunately is performing just decently right now. He's heavily over shadowed though because of the saturation of players calling him a "cheese champion" or "broken"/"overtuned" when theres a lot of champions who do his job but better because of his weird dual identity.

Well, I completely agree with your assessment of relying solely on websites like U.gg for champion builds. They can often provide a generic overview but may not cater to a specific playstyle or champion mastery. Your willingness to experiment and crunch the numbers to find the optimal build is what sets you apart as a Warwick enthusiast.

Thank you very much, I care about Warwick and a select few other champions quite a lot! I did a lot of experimenting over a long time so I appreciate the compliment a lot. I do agree some builds can end up being negative synergy with how players prefer playing their champions usually, but luckily it's why I have so many different possible builds because of how flexible the champion is. :>
