Now this is my first post on mobafire so don't be too rough with me. So without further ado here is my guide for Wukong-The Monkey King

Now the following masteries are optimized for max physical damage and a bit of survivability.

Now I didn't pick anything for runes as I do not have enough experiencs with them (I'm only level 22) so I'm sorry for that.

For items i optimized attack speed, movement to catch enemies and attack damage. I did not start with boots of speed due the fact that doran's blade will help out with early attack damage and those last hits on minions. Lastly boots, now here i picked tabi because you will be able to take some damage. However, this varies, you should get mercury treads if enemy team has a lot of stuns, slows and other debuffs. If there team is squishy (mostly ranged or mage or whatevere) then go for berzerker greaves without a second thought.

Now the most important thing here is run around!!!! If you see some one running away think wisely and cut them off. Since your movement speed will bee pretty darn high enemies won't be able 2 get away after a few hits but if they do think of the wisest way to avoid their attacks and dive them with your E.
