This spell could be really neccesary at early game, you wont get boots fast, neither red buff, btw wukong is pretty slow, this will make you get some early kills or assists.

Similar as Exahust, the only difference that it could save you from other champions, for example if you are playing against Master Yi and he uses his ulti, exhaust will be useless

This spells may have 2 functions. It could be used to scape from ganks and it could be used to kill some champion if he is low hp, or if he flashed too. The only disadvantage is that if the other champion is faster than you, u will never get him.

Most usefull and important spell for a jungler.

Pros:

Good Health
If the game still continues, its almost a GG.

Cons:

It is difficult to get kills at early game.
