Introduction

Hello everyone I am a new member on mobafire and this is my very first guide! I have chosen to make the guide on Wukong because he is the newest champion to League of Legends and is one of my favorite champions already!

Pros and cons

Pros
Very good at securing First blood
With life steal very sustained in lane
Very good at escaping fights with the Decoy and Cyclone skills

Cons
Early game is not very sustained
Bad against champions with High hp (cho'gath, singed)
Late game easy to kill without life steal

Side note- I recommend laning with a ranged champion. Ideally Twitch or Teemo for their poison effects

Skill Sequence

I choose this skill sequence because the Nimbus Strike is Wukong's only way of attacking with range, it does decent damage, and it can hit up to 3 targets. If the enemy champions are playing aggressively I will get decoy next for the escape, but if not I go with Crushing Blow to Use in a combination attack with Nimbus Strike.

Decoy

Decoy is one of Wukong's most useful abilities. I usually only grab one level of it because the damage the skill does is not what makes it so good. If you notice that it has been a while since your enemy champions have used a skill taunt them a bit by moving just in and out of their range, then use decoy and move back. Hopefully this will cause them to use their skills on the decoy allowing you to push in and do some damage! Another way to use the decoy is as an escape method(duh?). And their is also the Juke. When in combat you can push the "s" key on your keyboard and it will appear as though you have used decoy! Use this to then use decoy for real and escape a fight more easily.

Cyclone

Wukong's Cyclone can be used as a very strong offensive skill and a decent defensive skill as well. If you catch an enemy away from a tower use Nimbus Strike to get in close to the enemy and use Cyclone to do a lot of damage and chase targets. If your target gets out of Cyclone's range don't be afraid to use exhaust to secure the kill.

On the defensive side cyclone is useful because it knocks enemy champions into the air on first contact with them. When used with Decoy , Cyclone's increased speed and knock up^ are a great way to escape ganks and team fights that don't go over well.

Runes

Basic attack speed and damage runes for quick damage especially early game.

Summary

Wukong is a very evasive champion that is very enjoyable to play. Thank you for reading my very first guide on mobafire criticism is appreciated and I hope it helps with your adventures as The Monkey King! My personal best Score with Wukong so far 24/0/8!
