Wukong to me has always been a great harasser and ganker. so over the time i have spent playing with him i have developed this build to help others, who play like i do, to really reach the top of their game.

this build will focus on the following:

armor pen
atk dmg
atk crit
atk speed

icing on the cake:

enemy movement slowed

For runes i take

flat armor pen marks
Greater Mark of Desolation
flat armor seals
Greater Seal of Armor
flat magic resist glyphs
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
and flat armor pen quintessences
Greater Quintessence of Desolation

this rune book will allow you the best survivability and optimal damage early game to give you the step up and over the enemy champions.

For masteries i go 21/0/9

in the offensive tree i pick up all the AD and crit i can. naturally u cant have it all so i take Deadliness over Havoc given the choice due to the extended crit dmg on the next tier down with Lethality i then finish up that tree with more armor pen Sunder

in the Utility tree i pick up Good Hands to lower the time i spend dead (if any) to help keep me on the field. i also pick up Expanded Mind for that little boost of mana to help keep me on lane longer before returning to refill. last i pick up Swiftness for the added movement. nothing is more annoying then a pestering, fast moving monkey.

Skill Sequence

lvl 1 i take Nimbus Strike allowing me to jump in and deal damage before the enemy has a chance to strike first. at lvl 2 i pick up Decoy to better build on my hit and run tactic. this combo will let me deal optimal damage while taking little to none most of my early game. on lvl 3 i pick up Crushing Blow and max it out first, making sure to put points into Cyclone at lvl 6, 11, and 16. after crushing blow is maxed i max out Nimbus Strike leaving Decoy last.

nimbus strike and decoy are nothing more then your way in and your way out of a fight. crushing blow is where all your power is. this is why it is maxed first.

To start you will be picking up boots and 3 health pots.
stay on lane till you can afford to buy Ionian Boots of Lucidity and 2 more health pots.
every time you come back to base always make sure u leave with 2 health pots. once your hp is over 2,000 you can stop buying them as they become useless for healing that amount of hp.
the first major item u will build will be a Phage for its hp boost, atk dmg, and chance to slow your target.
your second item will be The Black Cleaver u want this because of the atk dmg and speed plus stacking even more armor pen to your rune book.
next u will buy a Phantom Dancer for the atk speed, higher chance to crit, and the movement boost.
to top it all off buy yourself an Infinity Edge this is the best AD item in the game in my opinion giving a massive AD boost, a boost to crit dmg, and a higher chance to crit.
lastly if u have time and money finish off your phage by making a Frozen Mallet nothing better then a great hp boost and a sure fact of knowing your target wont be going anywhere very fast, always keeping them in range of your Nimbus Strike.

Summoner Spells

for summoner spells i have here Ignite and Flash both very useful

ignite is one of those jump in deal massive burst dmg cast and forget abilities. no need to turret dive with this spell in hand. as they run for their turret's safety they are still dieing =).

and flash can help you as a ganker as the spell allows you to flash over walls to gain access to the half dead enemy on the other side who thought he was save or didnt know he was being watched.

however of late after this last big patch i have been substituting flash for Surge and so far it is working very well. feel free to try both sets and play it how you like.

Unique Skills

With this build you can jump into a team fight and literally shred your targets armor away. you will hit harder, move faster, strike faster, crit every other swing, and cut through tanks armor like a warm stick of butter. with proper awareness and good judgment this build allows you to take on any champion the enemy fields.
