I use Quint of Desolation which is armor pen.. The quints of fortitude listed in the optional runes are for the second build (which I explained), where you also use atmas impaler and warmogs armor, and even in the quick reference of build two I use quints of desolation, not fortitude.... Could you please PM me or comment here to clarify your points. Or if I have changed your mind could you please +1 vote me? I do not mean to be rude but what you state as your reason for -1'ing me is not even a main build aspect, it is an optional item IF one chooses they wish to be more tanky.

Don't recommend Quint of Fortitude (scaling to atma is mini) though the bonus health in the beginning helps the armor pens and damage quints are better.

Pretty decent build, I'm playing Wukong from time to time and my Item choices are very similar.

You might want to develop a bit your Gameplay section.
Also better change that green color to less bright after a while eyes start to hurt :P
